We manufacture measuring and inspection fixtures with accuracies down to ±0.1 mm. The required tolerance is defined together in the requirements specification and verified at acceptance.
Yes, in many cases. Whether a retrofit or extension makes sense is something we assess on the existing fixture — base body, interfaces and available space are decisive. For new designs we can plan future variants in from the start.
Yes, if required. On request we deliver the fixture with technical documentation — drawings, parts list, operating notes — and an inspection report covering functional and dimensional checks. Scope and format are defined together in the requirements specification.
Depending on scope, from a few weeks for simple locators to several months for complete stations. After the initial meeting we commit to a binding schedule.
Yes. On request we install the fixture at your site, set it up and train your staff — until series production is running.
Pre-acceptance at our facility with your parts, followed by final acceptance after installation at your site. Both steps are documented in the acceptance report.
